A. Run be-on-road and go to Serial Numbers dialog. Make sure you can see at least two serial numbers, all with green icon, indicating that the serial numbers are activated. Each update comes with special serial number – you get it via e-mail as soon as the update is being released. To make update of maps working, be-on-road also requires your very first serial number activated. This serial number was provided to you when you ordered be-on-road. This very first serial number, as well as the serial number provided with each update, have to be present in the list of serial numbers within the Serial Numbers dialog. If some of serial numbers are missing, just tap the ‘+’ button to add it, and restart be-on-road to finish their activation.
A. You have probably experienced a fatal problem while Updater was working. In order to solve this issue, go to Manage Applications screen on your Android device, locate Be-on-road and tap Force close button, if it is enabled. Then use your File Manager to locate and delete ‘Be-on-road’ folder on SD card. Then run Updater and re-install all wanted packages once again.
A. Android users
Run Be-on-road Updater, press the MENU button and switch Uninstall mode. Then you may select packages you wish to remove. In order the uninstall be-on-road completely, use Manage Applications screen on your Android device to uninstall the application. In the end, just erase entire Be-on-road folder on your SD card or internal storage respectively.
A. Windows Mobile/CE users
Connect your device to PC with Windows Mobile Center (or Active Sync in case of Windows XP) and run Be-on-road Wizard. Go to Uninstall panel to remove selected packages. In order to uninstall Be-on-road completely, make sure that Be-on-road is not running and just erase entire Be-on-road folder on your SD card or internal storage respectively.
